This is Me: The Art of Being You

University is a time of growth, but it’s easy to lose yourself in expectations, stress, and comparison. This workshop series is an invitation to reconnect with who you truly are—and embrace the art of living authentically.

Who are you, really — beyond grades, expectations, and the roles you play everyday?

This is ME is more than a workshop—it’s a space to explore the art of being uniquely & authentically you.
Through the interactive sessions, creative exercises, and honest conversations, you’ll

  • Discover your true self – peel back the societal “should” to focus on your own core values, strengths and quirks, then redefine success in your own terms.
  • Grow through challenges – learn to bend without breaking and turn struggles into resilience; use intentional pauses to rechange, reflect and return with clarity
  • Paint your future in bold colours – envision a path that excites you, not just please others.
